Cartes will highlight seven embellishment lines, including its enhanced digital embellishment system, at Labelexpo Europe. New features and capabilities will be on display at Cartes’ booth in Barcelona, Spain.

Cartes’ digital embellishing technology, the Jet D-Screen, will be combined with the well known Laser diecutting system to showcase a blend for digital converting processing.

The equipment specialist has engineered the Jet D-Screen module, a state-of-the-art technology, to create outstanding labels. Converters can print labels with multi-layer effects, spot coating, complex tactile raise volumes, and Braille printing, as well as detailed foiling and metallic doming transferring.

The Cartes Laser completes the company’s booth setup by adding a variety of solutions aimed at processing automation. These features include automatic job changeovers by barcode reading, automatic slitting positioning and turret rewinding systems. Cartes has optimized this combination for digital finishing.

To beautify and convert labels in just one process – with no tooling costs and without time and/or material waste – Cartes offers the Jet D-Screen and Laser converting system, as well. This setup also comes equipped with an unlimited lifetime, steady power, and perfect cutting quality, the company says.

Simultaneously, Cartes will show a few more units running amazing labels. Plus, Cartes will display its laser low-end unit and the GT360 SERIES for the conventional embellishment of high-end labels.
